Delivery Zone

Zone 1 (with walking distance from our existing outlet at UOA Jalan Pinang, Menara Hap Seng, The Intermark & Sunway Pinnacle)
Zone 2 (KL Sentral areas)

Delivery Business Hours

Monday – Friday (except for Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday)
Time – 9am to 8pm


Charges

  1. No delivery charges for Zone 1 & Zone 2
  2. Transaction charge of RM2 is applicable for each order
  3. GST is chargeable on both your order and delivery charge
  4. Prices indicated are inclusive of GST

Payment

  1. There are three methods for payment:
    • Cash on Delivery
    • Online Banking
    • Pay Pals

Orders Procedures

  1. Customers are advisable to make order at least one day in advance to ensure timely delivery
  2. For order by cash on delivery
    1. Customers will receive a “Pending” email – for us to process the order and accommodate the delivery time
    2. Customers will receive a “Confirmation” email within 20min
    3. We will proceed with order upon sending the “Confirmation” email
    4. STRICTLY NO cancellation is allowed when order has been confirmed
    5. We will deliver the food to the delivery address and collect cash on delivery
  3. For order by Online Banking
    1. Customers will receive a “Pending” email – for us to process the order and accommodate the delivery time
    2. Customers will receive a “Confirmation” email within 20min
    3. Customers are required to make online payment to MBB5147 1240 3718 under the account name of NAKA RESTAURANT SDN BHD.
    4. Customer need to email the payment slip to ordermealsstation@gmail.com upon online transfer
    5. We will only proceed the order when we have received the customer’s payment slip
    6. STRICTLY NO cancellation and NO refund is allowed when order has been confirmed
    7. Food will be delivered to customer at the specific time slot
  4. For order by PayPals
    1. Customers will receive a “Pending” email – for us to process the order and accommodate the delivery time
    2. Customers will receive a “Confirmation” email within 20min
    3. “Payment Request” will be sent to customer email thereafter – for credit card payment transactions
    4. We will only proceed the order when payment is done
    5. STRICTLY NO cancellation and NO refund is allowed when order has been confirmed
    6. Food will be delivered to customer at the specific time slot

CUSTOMER’S INFORMATION

  1. It is the customer’s responsible to provide accurate delivery details and information via the online order page
  2. Customers are fully responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account number and ` password.  You are also responsible for all activities occurred under your account number & password
  3. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure all orders are correct before proceed for payment.  There will be strictly no cancellation and no refund when order has been confirmed

Delivery

  1. For same day delivery, the lead-time is at least two hours in advance.  Please note that the response time on any unclear orders may delay the delivery time
  2. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, traffic conditions and peak period may affect the delivery time.  However, please be patient and we will try our best to accommodate your specific time slot in such circumstances.
  3. Some delivery might requires customer to come down for pick up due to Buildings Security reasons
  4. In the event the recipient is not present or cannot be contacted/ no response (upon 3 call attempts) at the collection door, the foods will be disposed and no refund thereafter
  5. In the event wrong delivery address was provided and re-delivery is required, a surcharge of RM20 – RM25 will be chargeable depending on location
  6. All delivery must be checked upon delivery for error or discrepancies
  7. No refund or cancellation upon acceptance of order by customers

Others

  1. All food & beverage are advised for immediate consumption.
  2. We reserve the rights to amend, add, delete and make corrections to the Terms & Conditions at any point of time, effective upon posting.
